We think it's a wonderful base for staying in New Bagan. Beds are comfortable. Just a 15-minute stroll to the center.
The street was noisy and you'll have to deal with it.

We had a nice experience. We really loved this place, it has FANTASTIC staff and people. The bed was comfy and there was free WiFi. Besides, we parked our car on site.
